The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Map
This SNAP map is provided by BenefitsCheckUp.org from the National Council on Aging. It gives information about SNAP in each state with downloadable applications and information. 
USDA - Food and Nutrition Service (FNS)
FNS works to end hunger and obesity through the administration of 15 federal nutrition assistance programs including WIC, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and school meals. 
Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services (CMS)
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, CMS, is part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The programs they administer include Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Health Insurance Marketplace.
